Near Salina, Kansas, a young man fell asleep in his car, lost control and went off the road. He bottomed out in his seat, allowing his shoulder belt to come up around his neck. A 28 year old father of three had a bulging disc and was transported to the hospital emergency room. There a new resident physician failed to do proper exam and neglected man until he was irreparably paralyzed from the waist down. This case was settled just before trial in Harrisonville Missouri.

In central Missouri, a child was killed and the rest of the family suffered serious injuries after being struck by a train. This case was filed in St. Louis. This case resulted in a confidential settlement one week before trial.



Williams vs. Norfolk Southern Railroad

In central Missouri, a woman and her 16 year old daughter were killed after being struck by a train at a crossing in central Missouri. A wrongful death case was filed on behalf of the surviving husband and children against the railroad. This case resulted in a confidential settlement before trial.
